The engineering team actively participates in project schedule definition providing the Project Management team with detailed design and construction engineering documents.
Additionally, the team oversees the procurement phase of long lead items and critical equipment, ensuring timely delivery of technical specifications and data sheets to the Procurement Team in line with Client requirements and project constraints.

With extensive expertise in offshore machinery, equipment, and tools, the procurement team can manage the entire supply chain from sourcing, purchasing and transporting items to inspecting and releasing necessary quality assurance documents.
Flex Engineering Ltd. is capable of organizing and managing competitive bidding processes, negotiating long terms frame agreements and providing support to Clients with single source negotiation.
Project management and site monitoring during offshore construction
Flex Engineering Ltd. provides a Project Management Team, that oversees the contract signed with the Client, develop procedures based on Client Project Specification for project installation, awards subcontracted parts of the Scope of Work, establishes HSEQ procedures, and manage and monitor every phase of the project preparation and installation to ensure adherence to project schedule and client’s requirements.
During the offshore construction phase, Flex Engineering Ltd. Project Management Team works closely with the crew and construction contractor to facilitate planning and coordination among different teams during offshore and subsea installation and commissioning, as applicable.
